 Signature Chefs & Wine Extravaganza, the premier food and wine charity event in Palm Beach County, will take place on Monday, October 13, 2008 from 6:30 - 9:30 p.m. at the Boca Raton Resort & Club and benefit the March of Dimes. =0D=0A=
 Zach Bell, Executive Chef of Café Boulud Palm Beach, has signed on for the second year as the Chef Chair for the event. Bell, a longtime supporter of the March of Dimes, is one of the most renowned chefs in the area. =0D=0A=
 Guests will have the opportunity to meet and mingle with local top chefs and be treated to countless culinary delights, wines from the world's finest vineyards, and bid on a live and silent auction packages. =0D=0A=
